The Memmert HCP humidity chamber series is specifically designed for demanding environmental simulations and accelerated life testing. Equipped with an active humidity control system, it offers four chamber sizes with volumes of 56, 107, 150, and 241 litres, a temperature setting range from 18 °C to 90 °C, and a humidity range from 20 % to 95 % rh. Whether for reliability testing of electronic components or stability testing of materials, the HCP series guarantees outstanding temperature and humidity uniformity as well as maximum safety throughout the entire chamber interior.

· Condensation-free Environment

To safeguard the test load, the HCP series utilizes active microprocessor control for humidification and dehumidification, ensuring rapid recovery times after the door is opened. Combined with a comprehensive six-side heating system and a heated inner glass door, it minimizes water vapor condensation to prevent droplets from falling onto and damaging sensitive samples. Furthermore, the internal aluminum heat-conducting layers ensure extremely homogeneous heat distribution and serve as a reliable thermal buffer even during brief power interruptions.

· Comprehensive Safety

Sample safety is our top priority. The HCP comes standard with a triple overtemperature protection system, with all monitored parameters displayed simultaneously on the screen. The double-door design—comprising a stainless steel outer door and a fully heated inner glass door—effectively minimizes external interference and prevents contamination. In the event of any deviation, the system supports MobileALERT, allowing alarm messages to be sent instantly to your smartphone via email or SMS.

· Technical Applications and Accelerated Life Testing

The HCP series is the ideal equipment for performing 85/85 tests (85 °C temperature / 85 % humidity) and complies fully with international environmental testing standards such as IEC 60068-2-67 and IEC 60068-2-78. The integrated SetpointWAIT function ensures that the program timer does not start until the device has precisely reached the set values, guaranteeing the rigor, validity, and reproducibility of your test data.
