Description

· High-End Six-Sided Heating and Turbulence-Free Airflow Memmert

The Memmert CO2 incubator utilizes a unique large-area multi-function heating system applied to all six sides, wrapping around the four chamber walls, the rear panel, and the inner glass door. This comprehensive heating design ensures exceptional temperature uniformity throughout the chamber (with a spatial deviation of only ±0.3°C at 37°C) while effectively eliminating dangerous condensation to mitigate microbial contamination risks. Furthermore, the appliance features a patented turbulence-free ventilation system. This ensures a constant, highly uniform atmosphere and gas distribution under extremely gentle conditions, preventing any physical disruption to cell growth.。

·Precision Active Humidity and Gas Control

To provide an optimal growth environment for cell cultures, the incubator is equipped with a highly digitalized electronic control system. Gas regulation ranges from 0 to 20% for CO2, with an optional 1 to 20% O2 control for hypoxic applications, both achieving a setting accuracy of 0.1%. Humidity management relies on innovative Peltier-based active humidification and dehumidification technology, covering a range from 40% to 97% rh. This system maintains high humidity while significantly accelerating recovery times after door openings. It also confines moisture precisely to prevent condensation, minimizing evaporation and interference with delicate experiments.

·Fail-Safe Power Failure Protection and Alarm Systems

Addressing critical laboratory safety requirements, this model is equipped with a battery-buffered TwinDISPLAY control panel. In the event of an unexpected power outage, this backup system ensures that the operating display, continuous data logging, and critical CO2 controls remain fully functional to protect cell viability. The chamber integrates dual Pt100 temperature sensors (DIN Class A) that mutually monitor each other and automatically take over control if an error occurs. Should temperature, CO2, O2, or humidity parameters deviate from the setpoints, or if the door remains open too long, visual and acoustic alarms are triggered immediately, with capabilities to send real-time notifications to mobile phones.

·FDA-Compliant Data Logging and High-Temperature Sterilization

For regulatory compliance and routine maintenance, the incubator features an integrated high-capacity data logger capable of storing up to ten years of historical data. It logs core parameters—including temperature, gas concentrations, humidity, and door-opening times—in full compliance with stringent FDA guidelines. The interior chamber is constructed from high-grade, corrosion-resistant stainless steel (ASTM 304), seamlessly welded with rounded corners for effortless cleaning. Additionally, a standard sterilization program delivers a 60-minute dry-heat cycle at 180°C. For maximum user convenience, all internal sensors (including CO2, O2, temperature, and humidity) do not need to be removed and can be sterilized directly inside the chamber.
