Melting Furnaces

The furnace used to melt non-ferrous metals and alloys is designed as a desktop type. The design with a shock absorber and a nozzle in front of the furnace enable accurate measurement when pouring into the melt.

1. The volume can be 1~4 liters.
2. Different materials of crucible (SiC or steel...) can be selected.
3. Optional observation window to observe the melting condition.

1. The highest temperature can reach 1100~1500℃.
2. The overheat limit controller with automatic reset function can prevent overheating.
3. The crucible can be easily emptied through the tilt system with gas damper.
